The Silver Beaver Reception and Dinner is the crowning event during our Montana Council Annual Convention.
The presentation of the Silver Beaver Award is the highest honor a council can bestow on a volunteer. Recipients of this award have made an impact on the lives of youth through service given to the council.
Each year, it is our honor to humbly thank and recognize these individuals.
That is what convention is all about. It’s a celebration of the year’s achievements and a call to action for the year ahead.
However, we can’t recognize these outstanding members of our Scouting community without your nominations. Please take the time to nominate a Silver Beaver recipient. You can find a list of all council recipients – 1974 to the present – along with a nomination form here.
Or we have provided a nomination form to download for your convenience.
If you have not yet registered for Convention, you can find any and all information – including an agenda, seminar schedule and registration information – here at our Montan Council Annual Convention webpage.
Join us for an amazing celebration of Scouting in Montana. This year’s Scout Appreciation Night theme – thanks to our hosts, Black Otter District – is the Roaring Twenties!
