Support In Many Ways

Over the past three weeks, we have held our largest “Community Investment in Character and Leadership” events in the state: Billings, Missoula and Bozeman. Other events will be occurring soon and the outlook is very positive.

The fundraising breakfasts continue to be outstanding. We set records for fundraising at two of the three and was each well planned and executed. Local support across the board was steady or increased.

In my opinion, that is a testament to the excellent work our volunteers are doing locally. There is no doubt that the rubber meets the road at our local unit meetings and local Scout presence.

Thank you for those efforts – they make a difference. The impact is obvious when you see the community as engaged as they have been during our fundraisers.

Despite national media attention this past week, Scouting here continues.  Just keep doing what you do – there are over 7,000 youth counting on you!
