Big Sky is a fabulous place to ski and snowboard, but the reason to sign-up for the Montana Council Big Sky Ski weekend January 5-7, 2023 is that it is more than just a snow sports outing.
This event gives Scouts opportunities to learn about topics like avalanche safety and first aid. Scouts can sleep in tents around the building – earn some frost point – or sign-up to sleep in the large building. This is a bargain opportunity. The $150 fee covers three meals (2 lunches and dinner), ski or snowboard lessons, the second day of open ski/board time, and rental equipment. Scouts leave this event with stories of a great time, new skills, and great memories.
