Congratulations to Nik Mclaughlin and Paul Rodgers on completing their Wood Badge training! Nik is an Assistant Scoutmaster from Troop 649 and Paul is the Scoutmaster of Troop 649. They have completed the required training and fulfilled the requirements for their Wood Badge tickets.
Wood Badge is the highest level of adult Scout leader training available. In order to complete their training, they must complete five Wood Badge “tickets” that support the Scouting program. Nik did a great job organizing the Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops (ILST) training for the Troop 649 Scouts. Paul worked on training Merit Badge Counselors and also guided his Scouts in reorganizing their patrols for the betterment of all of the Scouts. Thank you so much for all you both do for our Scouts!!
