We are excited to announce Renee Mason Stephens as the new District Executive for Moutain Valley.
As a University of Montana Alumni, Renee has 25 years of professional experience with large project management and administration. As the Director of Operations for a local Bozeman non-profit for the past 9+ years, Renee has experience working on events, contracts, leases, accounting, facility management, and a multitude of diverse projects. Renee highly values her professional and personal relationships.
Renee and her husband Gary raised their three children, Alyssa, Carson and Camron, in Montana. Scouting played an integral role in all their lives. Alyssa was an active Girl Scout. The twins, Carson and Camron, both achieved the rank of Eagle Scout with Bozeman Troop 676. Gary served as the Scoutmaster for Troop 676 from October 2016-October 2019.
Renee believes Scouts focus on leadership and investment in character helped form her children into the successful young adults they are today. As a Montana State University graduate, Alyssa is a Graphic Designer at a marketing agency in Boise, ID. Carson works in retail sales at the Yellowstone Club. All those years selling popcorn played a role in honing those sales skills! Camron is a Nuclear Machinist Mate on the fast-attack submarine USS Hawaii.
With Scouting firmly planted in her heart, Renee is truly honored to be able to combine her professional skills with her passion for Scouts as the new District Executive for the Mountain Valley District.
