Thank you to all the Montana Council Volunteers and Council employees’ efforts towards the Council achieving membership Growth for the Month of September.
In August 2019, we were down 170 youth compared to last year at the same time. Because of everyone’s efforts, we are up 30 youth for September.
As of October 18, the Council has recruited 831 new youth into our wonderful program.
We are on track to have more youth in Scouting in the Montana Council than we had as of December 31, 2018.
That means 831 more youth have been recruited so far this fall and will be able to enjoy the fun and excitement of the Scouting program.
This took everyone’s hard work.
I would like to also thank the Volunteers, Unit leaders and the Staff for the great start on the Popcorn sale. The Montana Council sells more popcorn per youth than almost any other Council in the country.
This happens because we have great leaders, staff and an outstanding program in the Montana Council. We are a great Council, and everyone should be very proud!
I cannot thank you enough for everyone’s hard work.
Let’s continue to GROW in 2019!
