The 2016 Order of the Arrow section conclave is in the books and Apoxky Aio Lodge was well represented! Thank you Golden Eagle, Ne-I-Yah, Tatanka, and Siksika chapters for sending members of your chapter to section conclave.
The Apoxky Aio lodge would like to congratulate Tanner D. for being elected Section Chief for the 2016-2017 term. Tanner served as the Lodge Chief until this election. We would also like to announce Cooper G. as the new Lodge Chief for Apoxky Aio Lodge. We are excited to know we have a great candidate like Cooper to step in mid term and take over the lodge.
The lodge’s next events are the Spring Ordeals held at K-M Scout Ranch and Melita Island Scout Camp. This is the lodge’s opportunity to provide service to the council by assisting in getting camp ready for the summer. We are asking all current members to please attend one of these ordeals to help us with all the projects needing to be complete.
Crazy Horse Lodge, Black Hills Area Council, will host the host the April 21-23, 2017 Section Conclave. The conclave will be held at Medicine Mountain Scout Ranch with some opportunities to visit the Crazy Horse Memorial. Don’t forget Mount Rushmore is there as well.
