The American Legion Post 27 will host their annual Veteran’s Day breakfast at their hall at 825 Ronan Street in Missoula from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Thursday, November 11, 2021. Donations are accepted and veterans will be honored. The public is welcome.
Later that morning, the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) will host the 95th annual Veteran’s Day ceremony at the Missoula County Courthouse Doughboy Statue on Nov. 11, 2021, at 11 a.m. Participating in the ceremony will be American Legion Post 27 Color Guard, VFW Post 209 Honor Guard, Boy Scout Troop 1911, Missoula Civil Air Patrol and the general public. All are welcome.
The Keynote speaker will be U.S. Air Force General Dale Stovall, Retired. Field representatives of the Congressional Delegation will read letters from Senators Jon Tester and Steve Daines and U.S. Rep. Matt Rosendale.
Please come to both events on November 11 to honor the men and women of the military on Veteran’s Day.
