Leaders take Hazardous Weather every two years to maintain their training. This important safety class can now only be taken online through your my.scouting portal. In-person classes, or watching it together as a group with submission of a training list afterwards are no longer options. It is simply not possible to enter Hazardous Weather into the system, which is why you must go through your my.scouting account.
A report is available in my.scouting that shows when leaders have taken Hazardous Weather. Leaders should also be able to see this information in their personal my.scouting account. Mountain Valley is also sending out individual emails this month to remind leaders who need the course to take it.
