Kyle Lantz, one of our outstanding Field Directors with Montana Council, is the most recent recipient of The Malcolm Knowles Relationship Award, bestowed during Scouting U’s Managing Performance course.
One of the key tenants of the course is celebrating the accomplishments of the individual, team and organization overall. The Malcolm Knowles Honors Program was designed specifically for the Managing Performance course with one of its most distinguished elements being peer-selected recognition.
The Relationship Award is awarded to the individual who made a concerted effort to build relationships and find the good in others and in all situations.
