Parents. Are you planning on sending your Scouts cards or care packages to camp this year?
Remember, send your mail BEFORE the child leaves for camp, otherwise there is a chance they won’t receive it before they leave.
The postal services are good at moving cards and packages quickly to our camps. However, it can still take a few days – depending on the originating destination – to get into the hands of the Scout. Planning ahead and getting the post in the mail early will ensure Scouts receive those special teats from home.
Make sure to add “Attention: Scout’s Name & Troop Number” to the address.
