As a parent, I always liked “Back to School Night” because you met the teachers and got oriented to the school year. Program Kick-off is the scout equivalent of back-to-school because you get oriented to the scout year. This year’s kick-off starts with the incredibly important Popcorn Training. Motivation, information, and very often illumination regarding the new popcorn flavors happens at Popcorn Training. Every unit needs to have their Popcorn Kernel attend for the best results selling popcorn, and to get that maximum percentage for your unit. We have other great things planned, including handouts, calendars, and the chance to be thankful for the upcoming year of scouting together.
