Christmas Tree Pick-Up Service: Troop 1911, Missoula

Missoula neighbors, thank you for supporting Boy Scout Troop 1911. This is our first year collecting Christmas trees! Your tree will be recycled by the city of Missoula. This project takes the burden off our landfill and reintroduces these trees back into the environment with a new and useful purpose.

We will be picking up trees on the weekends of January 1-2 & 8-9, 2022.

If you didn’t receive our flyer and would like us to grab your tree, fill out this form and schedule a pickup.

We suggest a $10 donation for this service. Your financial support allows our troop to participate in camping, services, and leadership activities next year. These activities help foster young leaders who directly impact and improve our neighborhoods.

You can pay by Check, Cash, or Venmo. Make checks payable to “BSA Troop 1911” or use Venmo Username is @ScoutTroop1911 (Business Account). Please place payment or Venmo receipt in a ziplock bag or envelope attached to the tree. Scouts will pick up trees in your neighborhood between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Place your tree at the curb by 8 a.m. on a collection day.

For more information, including detailed instructions and how your donation will be used, download our instructional PDF. If you have further questions, please contact Eric Henderson & Troop 1911.
