The Silver Beaver award has a special place in my heart. While those that are recognized are a sample of all of the outstanding work that goes on in the Council on behalf of our volunteers – it is an honor to recognize some fellow Scouters.
The Montana Council, BSA is pleased to announce the selection of six distinguished Scouters as this year’s Silver Beaver Honorees:

The Silver Beaver Award was introduced in 1931 and is a council-level distinguished service award of the Boy Scouts of America. Recipients of this award are registered Scouters who have made an impact on the lives of youth through service given at the council level.
Please join us on Saturday, April 27th at 7 pm for the Montana Council’s Silver Beaver Reception and Dinner at the Annual Convention as we honor these Scouters for their service and commitment to Scouting.
